Whale Waving
Description:
The huge pectoral fin of a humpback wale waving above the surface of the water, taken off the coast of Queensland, Australia. These migrating whales seem to enjoy playing with whale watchers, and wave their fins in greeting, slapping the water and making quite a display. The whale's body can just barely be seen below the surface of the water.
