A magnificent red-tailed hawk, shown close up i profile against a background of trees. This amazing bird was on display at the Colorado Renaissance Festival. It is shown here in full profile, looking off to the right side of the photo, with wings slightly raised away from its body. The mottled plumage of the chest and the great curved beak are clearly visible.
