Red Dragonfly 2
Description:
A huge red dragonfly with transparent, red-veined wings, viewed from a wider angle. This red dragonfly was perched on a reed next to a pond in a stream in Death Vally, California. It has bright red shiny eyes, a slightly hairy thorax, and a long tapered abdomen. Its transparent wings are lined with a fine tracery of red and orange veins.
