Description:
A carpet python being removed from a house in Queesland Australia. In this phase of the removal process, the python was picked up gently using a hoe and deposited in the bushes next to the deck. Seen here coiled around the head of the hoe, its body curved in a tight s-shape, the markings on the back of this lovely snake can be seen clearly. It should be noted that this harmless constrictor was not hurt in any way, and was later found to be alive and well living in the eaves under the roof.
