Description:

A a bumble bee on a cluster of white flowers, against a dark background, seen from the front so that the eyes are visible. This bee has thick light brown fur on its thorax and the top of its head. The rest of its body is covered in black hair, except for a spot on the back of the abdomen. It is clinging to the cluster with its hind legs and drinking nectar from one of the flowers. Near Fort Bragg California.
