Free Owl Pictures - These nocturnal birds of prey were photographed while making a rare appearance in the daytime. The Frogmouth Owl from Australia was sleeping well-hidden in an avocado tree and sat completely still for an entire photo shoot. The Great Horned Owl and Barn Owl are domesticated birds that were on display at the Colorado Renaissance Festival. They were sleepy but alert, and incredibly photogenic.
