Gray Lizard 1
Description:
A gray lizard scurrying under a shrub in Death Valley California. Seen from directly above in rocky gray sand, this lizard is barely visible. In bright sunlight, its shadow is the only thing that gives it away. At the top of the photo is the base of a dry bush, with dead twigs scattered among rocks.
