Description:
The face and back of an Indo-Pacific Humpback Dolphin, in Tin Can Bay, Queensland, Australia. Part of the dolphins back protrudes from the water, so that the blowhole and part of the dorsal fin are above the surface. Under the surface of the water, the snout, eye, and part of one pectoral fin can be seen. In this photo, the dolphin is facing directly toward the camera, floating motionless in the water.
